Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement indirect purchasing strategies in compliance Lead RFP processes: identify and select suitable suppliers, formalize specifications with internal teams, analyze responses, negotiate, and co-develop contracts with the legal team Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and proper execution and communication of strategies and best practices Monitor the performance of current contracts, track and animate KPIs with suppliers and internal teams Provide project reporting to internal stakeholders (Management, Franchisee Commissions) Embed the Group’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) goals into procurement strategy Participate in or support multi-market tenders or optimization projects Ideal Candidate Profile You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Project Management. You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally covering indirect procurement. A first experience in team management is required. You are autonomous, rigorous, and methodical, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are able to manage priorities and handle a wide range of diverse projects at once. You possess strong negotiation and influencing skills, and are known for your interpersonal skills, active listening, team spirit, and results orientation. Professional English is mandatory.
