Your mission: As a Sales Representative, you will have the following responsibilities:
Assigned Region: Broye Vaudoise, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura, Bienne, and Bern.
Actively prospect new B2B clients in the field.
Participate actively in professional events.
Build and consolidate the company’s brand image.
Retain and grow acquired accounts.
Optimize sales processes and contribute to the development of our commercial strategy.

Business Travel

Travel is required for this position:
Our company is based in Lausanne, and you will be required to travel within French-speaking and German-speaking parts of Switzerland.

Ideal Profile

Educational background in financial services.
At least five years of successful experience in a similar position. Experience in debt collection or invoicing software is a plus.
Mandatory Skills:
Native in French or German (or ideally Swiss German), with perfect proficiency in the other language.
Minimum B2 level in English.
Either from or residing in the assigned region, or having an established network there.

Other Skills:

Good knowledge of IT tools.
Passionate about sales and customer service.
Sociable, with the ability to build relationships easily.
Dynamic and result-oriented, motivated by targets and challenges.
Autonomous with a good team spirit.
